Foundations in FASD Training Available

CanFASD offers a free online training course Foundations in FASD. This basic training is a great introduction to FASD and takes approximately two hours to complete. It is available here.

This training is what I want to be able to do in the future. I know that it is not easy to do it, but I do enjoy people who can train in this speed. I want to get better faster too, and this might just be the way to do it. I want to compete against better opponents, which is why I am grinding like crazy right now. I hope that I can do it a lot faster, though.
