Asynchronous Training Courses
We have online (asynchronous), self-paced courses available, which are hosted on Thinkific. These courses are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. If you are not able to pay, you can still take them! In this course, we introduce some of the core concepts of money, spending, budgeting, and saving along with additional resources with further information. This course is designed to be a beginner course for individuals who are neurodiverse.

This 2-credit reading-based course was developed for social workers. In this course, we cover the basics of FASD, alcohol use and pregnancy, prevention, diagnosis, challenges, stigma, strengths, strategies for success and the landscape of FASD.
FASD 101: An Introductory Training (Accredited Version for Social Workers) is approved by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program to be offered by fasdNL as an individual course. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE course approval period: 08/30/2024-08/30-2026. Social workers completing this course receive 2 general continuing education credits.
